The purpose of this standard is to assist DOE and its contractors in the conduct of the Illness and Injury Surveillance Program (IISP). IISP assists DOE in meeting its responsibility to monitor the health of its workforce at DOE sites in order to identify health hazards in the workplace. Canceled 8-23-2016.
