Department of Energy (DOE) Order 5480.20A, Personnel Selection, Qualification, and Training Requirements for DOE Nuclear Facilities, stresses the importance of training programs that are based on systematic approach.

However, the community indicated that they had some background and historical information that made it beneficial to have the Handbooks available as archived documents. |
