RevCom: PJS to Revise DOE-HDBK-1101-20XX, Process Safety Management for Highly Hazardous Chemicals
The original handbook was developed to serve as a resource for information on highly hazardous chemical process safety across the DOE Complex. The handbook will support implementation of applicable regulations, nationally recognized consensus codes/standards, and industry best practices in accordance with 10 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 851, Worker Safety and Health Program. A new, non-mandatory DOE Standard, DOE-STD-1239-20XX, Chemical Safety Management Program, will also be referenced.
