This memorandum forwards the subject DOE Handbook (revised) which has been approved for publication and distribution. The document has been reviewed by all interested parties throughout the DOE where all essential comments have been appropriately resolved. In addition, the Office of Nuclear Safety (EHSS-30), who owns and maintains this document, has reviewed and approved it.
