RevCom: Project Justification Statement to Revise DOE-STD-1070-1994, Guidelines for Evaluation of Nuclear Facility Training Programs
Because DOE-STD-1070-94 only evaluates one requirement in DOE O 426.2, it is proposed to revise the standard to evaluate the seventy-two requirements in the revised DOE O 426.2 that is awaiting Directives Review Board Approval. The revised standard will provide objectives and associated criteria that will not only evaluate the SAT requirement, but the personnel selection, qualification, and certification requirements that are contained in the order.
