This standard has three purposes: • Provide requirements for safety class and safety significant air cleaning and confinement ventilation systems at DOE nuclear facilities; • Provide guidance for non-safety air cleaning systems at DOE nuclear facilities; and, • Increase DOE use of applicable industry consensus codes and standards, where appropriate.
